Jim - A 70-day moving average high has been hit by TCBG - I didn't run 13-week on the button, but the 70-day seems close enough for Mr. Strauss to do his thing with it.

Children's Beverage Group - Legal battle victory versus Kraft, marketing / advertising agreement via product sales and race car sponsorship with WALMART of all people, large volume buying lately. Looks like things coming together ... what do you say, Jim?

Thanks, Rick
