Paul: Well, you may be correct, but my "theory" was really just a more humorous "hypothesis". MSFT has been up over 10 points I believe in the past week, so there did seem to be positive anticipation on the Appeals Court ruling, along with help from the NASDAQ rally that started as well. Re: NOVL action. Seems like the MM's are filling large block purchases today, eh? At least from what I can tell on the yahoo "freebie" intraday volume chart. Appears that 100K blocks are being bought, and its anyones guess whether this is the company buy-back or brokerage houses interested in upgrading NOVL. I sense it as a bullish indication, especially as NOVL has held onto most of its gains of the past 2 weeks. Regards, QuadK
