I am not speaking on behalf of my company, I am simply speculating as creative ways to raise capital. Like I said, we have never done this, but are trying to create some ways that might work. You obviously know more than me about this area. Are you an attorney? I think it is questionable whether this is fraud or not. Shareholders are a part of a company. If they decide to return proceeds to their company, Tell me then, if it is fraud, can a company sell shares itself right on the open market? I have heard that many are selling free trading shares at a deep discount in order to raise capital. These companies have stock ticker symbols, so it is easy to do. Its no mystery getting a ticker symbol. Apparently you simply fill out a 15c211 form. Many companies have stock ticker symbols and are not even blue skied. Did you know this?
