Have been involved with 504s, among other things, and believe it a good vehicle for a small company that needs growth capital. Sometimes, of course, if you don't do your personal DD, they can be shaky. Now there's changes afoot that will keep some small companies from access to this kind of capital, and the capitalists from this kind of opportunity.

Opinions, experience, examples, and rule changes will be discussed, as well as providing some information to those who don't know how this works We can also can talk about the pro's and con's of reverse mergers into shells, as compared to 504s.

Look forward to your ideas and comments.
