As a Private Investor: John is making the Patent applications which are suppose to be cleaned up and he is still in talks with Midland ... He is moving forward and has not executed the Exxon request to date either ... Also John says he resigned because when John saw the draft of the audit and a negative balance John knew their was a gross misrepresentation in articles of merger and so did Mr Clark and John have been in daily contact with Mark Pierce. Things are moving along and nothing is dead and nothing is inaccurate at this point ... However John does not know anything is accurate in the news release. Wayne Balkwill and I have been on a conference call ... I typically do conference calls so it is not just me ... now whether people post is up to them. GB
