I concur that I sat in with Gary on the call
with John Spriggs, It appears that John is
working his butt off to get this all back on track.

Best Regards to all

< John is making the Patent applications which are suppose to be cleaned up and he is still in talks with Midland >

Gary,

Ok, you are saying that John is making the patent applications.

Can you ask him:

Has he made these applications?
When will he make them?
"Cleaned up"...as to who holds the patent?
"Cleaned up"...as in filing a modified patent?
Has he actually talked to Midland since he "resigned"?

I am trying to visualize these words into real life acts. Do you know if John and Midland have talked on the phone or in person since he "resigned"?

This just seems to me to be a very casual statement about a very important subject....a patent that means possible big rewards to those that hold it.

Now...I am not asking "what words" were said between John and Midland...(don't want to get that lecture), just trying to imagine the intensity and frequency of these "talks".

Gary, as always, thanks again for your unending work on this stock.

Serena

P.S.

I'm sure, without asking for "inside information" that he might be able to enlighten us to a little more detail.
