All I can tell you is what John told me today with Wayne Balkwill on the conference call. That is not a guarantee of anything only a status report which I confrimed which is why I posted it. However until it is a signed deal and within the equation of Midland it does not exist. Merely an update. GB (Private Investor)

I thought the application for the patent was already filed by the person that came up with the formula in the first place? That's what's been said in the past,was it not? Patent was pending?? As I understand patent filing procedures once that has been done you have to wait until the application is approved and a number is assigned before the patent legally belongs to the applicant. After that the patent can be assigned to who ever. Have I been misinformed?? Tom B.
