What will the effect be on the stock price once they sell
the SGML group? If they sell it for $500K, $2M, $30M ???
Did that group have about $1M in revenue or $5M in revenue
for the average revenue per year? If so, if they fetch $1M
in a fire sale, will the stock go down.

I think that they should get around $10M for the division.
But my guess is that they will probably let it go cheap
as they don't care about that group.

CLOSING BELL: 15/16.........The $100 million question.

Why would the Lorenzen's (13D shareholders), Capital Funds, and SWEBF insiders (NASDAQ (and TSE) market maker(s), analysts, Lead IPO underwriters, SWEBF management and Board of Directors...) not simply have guaranteed [through nominal buying and volume representing an insignificant amount of their existing holdings]) a $US1.00 minimum BID for only ten (1) consecutive days prior to June 30 to protect their simply priceless...beyond priceless...NASDAQ NMS listing?...a fatally naive chess move blunder? or ???

as of today's close SWEBF has closed at $US1.00 or better 7/9 days...having now closed at 15/16 twice...SWEBFs NASDAQ NMS listing may now be contingent upon the Lernout arbitration ruling on Thursday? given SWEBF was trading above $US2.00/share Q3/4 '97 whose value fell precipitously pursuant and as proximate cause of Lernout Hauspie's Kurzweil Voice Recognition products contractual interference...accordingly, SWEBF should survive favorably a NASDAQ listing appeal [given a favorable Alpha v. LHSPF arbitration ruling]...in our opinion...good luck richard, selwyn, and steven and all shareholders...
