RE: So, the stupid consent decree action went down in flames.

Stupid? How could this be characterized as stupid? Judge Jackson, Joel Klein, Lessig, Reno engaged in stupidity? Naa, never.

You must show more "respect for our system of government" and our esteemed government bureaucrats. They know best.

Oh dear, could this mean that Dan got the "middle finger thing wrong"?
That MSFT did indeed follow Judge Jackson's ruling correctly? Causing Windows to "break".

And is it possible that Gates was RIGHT all along, that IE and Windows are indeed integrated. Egad what a revolting thought.

Well now what vituperation do we have here? Speaking of non-content what is yours - all sail and no ballast! By the way here is some more non-content:
"The court also dismissed Harvard Law School professor Lawrence Lessig as an advisor for the case, citing an apparent bias against the company. "

Dan,

Greenspan doens't have anything to do with it either, except as a somewhat more reputable friend of Bill than Dick Armey, Lauch Faircloth, or Matt Drudge.

You left out your old buddy, Sen "Clearcut" Gorton. Check the link below to read what he has to say on this issue. Although I don't like his position on logging national forests, he's right on here, IMO.
