Ibexx, I bought the Oct 110 calls a few months ago for 1 1/2. I was thinking at the time that we may see 125 by then. Any thoughts?

We all know (or should know by now) that MSFT puts aside some of their earnings and that true PE is lower than advertized. But at what advertized PE would you begin to worry, 65, 70?

Actually, I'm more worried about their Price/Sales figure, which is about 18 right now. That's stunningly high. The other stock I love is DELL, which has a similarly stratospheric PE but a much lower Price/Sales number of around 4. I know that the two companies are quite different, but still...

Despite the above, I am fully invested in MSFT, because I really trust their execution abilities and I see DOJ actions as just an excuse to buy more MSFT on the cheap. I am starting to sell covered calls, though.
