1) public opinion doesn't matter in the legal arena.

2) Slick's personal polls are in the low 30's.

3) public opinion is still largely uninformed and will change when Starr presents his evidence against Clinton, who is acting as guilty as one can.

The best case for Clinton is that he is politically moribund. The worst case is impeachment. Either way, he and his are an unparalleled disgrace.
