Regarding CEO's and BB news. Most of the time or almost all of the time news does not happen as planned in regard to the time and the content. You can usually count on a delay. The thread frequently calls everyone a liar or a bad person who talked about news until the news comes out, then it is all fogotten. Alot of wasted energy. .

Thanks Everyone For The Nice Welcome!! Like I said I am new to this thread but have been watching it for about 2 months. I'm on your side, Like you I'm also an investor but on a different scale, I manage an investment fund and a Corporate Investment Portfolio. We have just decided to join this site because we like what we have been seeing as far as nice people who are very interested in getting information on their investments & as always 2 heads are better then one and in a case of SI thousands are better then one. Information is the key to success in all aspects of life!!!! I agree with some posters commenting on the PR should have been released (especially if the CEO stated), but sometimes if you just put out mediocre PR's they don't give the justice to a real solid PR later because you just can't keep putting out PR. When a good PR is ready because of good news??????, then I'm sure it will be released. Think about it if a company as something good to tell investors it only benefits the company and investors to tell us, so believe me when they have something it will be released. You see if someone is in long term and did their DD on this company they wouldn't be crying about this because they know from their research that it's going to take time especially when the grand opening to the first PR will be in September , let's use some common sense. The people who usually do whine are the ones who want to take the profits and run (Pump & Dump), people often get mad when they can't get rich quick, Get Rich Quick schemes DON'T WORK, just good investing. I've been doing this for almost 20 years and seen all kinds. Remember look at the structure and basic fundamentals of the company at hand. I like the MAYOR's comment, he is right!!!!!!!!!!! To answer one investor's question about John owning multiple companies, he had mentioned that there is going to be a couple companies combined under one umbrella (sort of speak) that will all report as one. Right now the accountants and lawyers are doing their thing to get this ready to report to the SEC. I think everyone will be very happy with the results 6 months down the road. I also noticed that people brought up the question about reverse split, I also was very concerned (because of the amount of shares being acquired) and asked John about this and he stated that he does not want to go that way and will avoid it if possible (he does want to try for a NASDAQ listing) and is not even considering that. It seems like the September time frame is when things are going to happen as he mentioned numerous tasks that will be completed in the next 3 months.
