To ALL: I just finished talking to John at PanAmerican 1. Business is going well. More news will be released when they are ready to do so. 2. John did not commit to a date re: news releases. He did said that additional news releases will be published when they are ready to do so. Company do not put out news for the sake of putting out news. When they have completed all the necessary paper work etc.. they will then in a position to publish news to the general public. 3. Financials info. of PanAmerican will be ready to be published this summer.. 4. Software Programming for Video Interactive Terminal is completed. Done by Video Interactive for PanAmerican. 5. He is going to Belize near the end of the June for the groundbreaking ceremony. 6. He would like to have his web site up and running before his leaves for Belize. 7. PanAmerican is not affiliated with Executive Mortgage Bankers.. PanAmerican does business in the mortgage industry. Please I repeat do not call Executive Mortgage Bankers again.. You will be wasting your time.. Regards,
