If Neiberg expects future spin-offs of Newbridge affiliates through IPOs over the next year, it's because he must have heard it from Lutz in his interview with him.

It will more than likely happen.

Neiberg also said he expects future spin-offs of Newbridge affiliates through initial public offerings over the next 12 months, including ACC (remote access) and Cambrain (WDM). He said Newbridge's 14 affiliates have a combined value of about $4 to $5 per NN share,'' he said.

Thanks for the full report.

Interesting to see valuations put on these two affiliates, two of NN's star performers in terms of technology.

Now, to get the IPOs. :)
