Hi Dave and all, I phoned Irvine Leim today and talked with him for some time. he assures me that he has supplied the VSE with all the information that they have requested to date ,he has not received any requests for around three weeks, on that basis I have sent the following e-mail to the VSE. ar Ms Rublak I have been in contact with Mr Leim who is in charge of the affairs of NPA at this point in time ,he informs me that he has in the past had talks with your surveillance unit and has to date supplied them with any information that they requested ,he informs me that he has not received any requests for information over the past three weeks , I would suggest that there appears to be a lack of urgency on the part of the VSE to draw this situation to any conclusion. Could you also advise me if any of the following are considered to be criminal acts or are they merely infringements of VSE regulations , Issues under review include director conduct and acceptability (policies 25.2 & 25.3); false or misleading disclosure (policies 7.1.2 & 7.3.1); misuse of stock options (policy 23.2.3); improper legending on shares subject to hold periods (policies 16.1.10 & 16.1.11 & section 132 of Securities Rules); unacceptable promotional activities (policy 8.2.2); and insider trading and reporting (section 86 & 87 of Securities Act). The Exchange is currently awaiting further information from the Company prior to concluding its review. " If they are in fact criminal acts perhaps the situation would be better dealt with by the proper authorities ,i.e. the RCMP ,I await you reply with interest , Regards John McKnight I would encourage others to e-mail their concerns at lack of progress to the VSE this situation is now intolerable ,I personally am prepared to take this as far as is necessarry to get this company back trading and would appreciate any support given ,Remember we are the injured party here not the VSE not the previous board ,it's our money not theirs Regards John
