lehman.com As CPQ was publicly talking about getting down from 6-7 weeks inventory to 2 weeks, they actually pushed it up to 10-12 weeks! That's almost a whole quarter's worth of paperweights!

Some of us "Wankers" bought DELL under $6. Why someone who waited to buy it at $88 would call someone names is beyond me!

Will you be buying CPQ at $40 for a 2 point jump?

CPQ Fans;

It aint over till the fat lady sings. Yes Michael, you're right and in fact, I must say, you have a right to gloat. CPQ has indeed been a lowsy investment in the short term. And frankly, only time will tell if a cpq investor will ultimately beat out a dell investor. I'm long big time in cpq and have been in the red since day one. However, my gut and my experience tells me that cpq is building its house on rock while others are building on sand. It is purely my gut instinct and logic which tells me that cpq will prevail in the long run. Until then I must endure the pain, suffering and wrath of the likes of you and other dellites.

So enjoy yourself! Pick at my bones just as the vulture devours the stinking carcass of the weak unfortunate. But remember this and remember it well. You and other dellites may get fat today but we cpq loyalists will prevail in the end. We will rise victorious, proud in the knowledge that we took the high road to redemption. We shunned the hype and gluttony of the short-term greedy and chose instead the path to glory, righteousness and ultimate vindication. Long live CPQ!

michael -
I bought 15,000 shares of Dell at 54, sold 6000 of it at 91. It is certainly possible to make money on Dell and many on this thread do so. Good luck on your investment at 88.

BTW I am reasonably sure that I made more on CPQ today than you made on Dell since your purchase. My basis in CPQ is 7.85.
