Excellent post Howard! You are exactly right. FTEL has some hardcore investors that have done their DD and are invested up to their necks. They KNOW what is meant by all of this stuff... they KNOW what FTEL's plans are... they KNOW what potential the future holds. The problem is that there appears to be very little going on to let the investors outside of the SI gang in on the secret.

I agree with you that it will take revenue to get the other investors attention and that is not going to come before Sept. 2nd (since the quarter won't end until Sept. 30!). I think you will see a big jump in revs for the qtr ending 6/30 but not enough to attract other investors. So... if Frank has a "plan" to get the stock price up I would be very curious to know what it is.

Howard, I think you are right, that an intention to sell can be misleading. But, on the other hand, how do we know that an intention
to sell won't come to pass. However, the title Insider Trading seems to imply that a trade has already been made. This is very confusing. I think this discussion has been beneficial. Thank you for helping to clear the air.
Kindest regards,
Don

Why might FTEL be doing so poorly in spite of recent news?

Answer? Because of what happens June 30, 1998, when/if the FNET IPO does not take place?

Come June 30th, will the carrot be pushed out further?

FTEL: Less than $ 3.00 on the ask
