Good evening all, I have been observing this thread since PRWT began to become a 'real' operating company. I have vast experiences in the market especially in this arena and felt it time to join SI and see if I might add to the discussions. Unlike many of you, I entered after the initial run and thus am underwater at the moment but I took the chance based on Reason's and others posts. I have seen many reverse mergers and would like to clarify some confusion on that subject. A reverse merger is a quick less expensive way to become a publicly traded entity, that is it, no nefarious reasons to do it other than avoiding huge underwriter fees, long road shows and the governmental red tape. Another valid concern I have seen raised is the ' pump and dump', it is valid and I have been on the wrong end of both p&d as well as 'bag jobs', it's not pleasureful but quite a learning experience. With the activity in the stock and some of the fears and negativity being spread I decided to do some DD myself. Here is what I found,... The IR person is typical of their type, eager to give you the 'inside skinny'...take it with a grain of salt but he said news would be within 2 days (that and fifty cents will get you a cup of coffee) I also reached John very easily unlike some of the concerned folks that would lead us to question whether he really exists. I made no reference to the posts and all of what he stated was info. given to us by Reasons thus I think it gives credibility to both of them. John did state several times that no one can appreciate the revenue possibilities that exist. Let me tell you revenues are far more important to this stock success/failure than earnings at this early stage in the game. I apologize for the novel but I felt it might help some of you. PWRT is a penny deal and we all could lose our investment albeit I think we have a good shot for quite a score. New MM's keep adding and it is customary for a stock to get battered down when a new player comes in so that they can obtain cheap shares, I've seen it on many larger issues so I can only assume that it's possible to occur with the penny's. Good Luck to all of us.
