Leroy, My personal take on this whole thing is that it will drag on indefinitely. We've been told countless times that the financing is done and news will be out at such and such a time. I don't see anything that is going to change this pattern. There has been one excuse after another to delay the news. Either this is one incredibly unlucky company or something stinks.

They had that same confidentiality excuse back in December and January. Same old story. Same result. Nothing happens, price goes down. All you have a bunch of P----d off investors and nervous future investors. Some body ought to tell them how to run a company. If I ran mine the way they are doing I would be bankrupt. broke2

Leroy, What does the confidentiality agreement with the mall based auto chain have to do with the PretzelMaker deal? Are they now saying that financing for the pretzel deals are somehow connected to the auto deals? If I had some extra money to throw down the toilet I'd hire a private investigator to find out what is really going on with this situation.
