This is a great time to start using a new system like Cybertrader.
Its tough learning a new trading system in a lousy uncertain market like the one we have had recently. Cybertrader has so much "toys" that you want to just jump right in.
Because the summer rally has started and Cyberytrader identifies the stocks that are moving, this is a good market to start trading in. but it is still a good idea for traders new to the Cybertrader system to papertrade, papertrade, papertrade.
Though it is so hard to do so when the market is doing so well with stocks like AMZN, MSFT, AOL, YHOO and lately RMBS.
These last few days I have learn what a great software and trading system I am using; but I would have had more winning trades and less losing ones, if I had papertraded more.

Dick, My experience with Cybertrader has been great from the start (mid-April). As with all interactions, open communication is the best remedy.

Whenever something....anything....was delayed, or didn't work properly, whether it was a server down, or the latest version didn't arrive on time...I picked up the phone and notified them of the problem. Immediately, not tomorrow, not 30 minutes from now, but immediately, I was put through the proper parties and the problem was resolved.

For example: I too was promised the latest version would be sent out on a certain date, and in fact was informed when it was shipped. Upon arrival (as promised) I noticed they had sent me the wrong CD. In error they had sent me out CyberT rather than the Cybertrader flavor.
I notified them of their error and was told that the correct version would be sent the next day..two day priority mail. Well that was last Thursday the 18th. I had expected to receive it on Saturday. On Monday it still wasn't here, I called and was put through to ED, he immediately sensed my needs, and we arranged to have it downloaded via PC Anywhere as soon as the market closed. At 4:00 PM EST two bells went off simultaneously, the market bell, and the phone ringing. It was Ed, 15 minutes later I was downloaded, installed, and operational.
I then spent the better part of 2 hours (on their dime)being informed as to the intracacies of the new software.

Now, as for the Phantom CD that was supposedly sent on the 18th, the young lady Erica that had assured me that it was in fact sent on that date, double checked. Even followed up yesterday Tuesday to see if it had arrived. It hadn't at that time, because the mail delivery here isn't till about 1:30pm. I was told that a new CD would be sent to me Air Overnight, because she felt it was necessary that I have the tutorial that comes on that CD.

Well, let me say this. Yes the CD did arrive yesterday, and low and behold the postdate on the priority package was the 18th just as they had stated.

I guess the I'll have to lock and load my UZI and prepare to deal with that varmint of a postman.

Now, if anyone should want an extra copy, as I'm sure the other one will arrive today as promised, just let me know.

RB

BTW, this has been typical of the exemplary relationship I have encountered with Cyberbroker since day one. Got a problem, tell them and it seems to go away.
