Gary,

Check out many stocks that you know have reversed, chances are I would guess in about 90% of the time, the EPS is all screwed up.

To all:
I am a bit concerned over some calls I have made to companies over the last week. Two of the companies I have called have said that they have DELIBERATELY not made news releases because of people (investor) calling their customers, affiliates, governmental offices, etc. Now, there has got to be such a thing as verifying the information, but that verifying can go too far. Just think, here you are, just signed a deal to sell 1 million widgets to a big retail store. You put out a news release. All of a sudden, your customer calls you and tells you that they may need to rethink (cancel) the deal because they are getting all kinds of calls from investors in your company to verify a news release/contract. Now, this is a very scary situation for a company. Do they make the investors mad by not putting out news releases and just carrying on and doing what is in the shareholder's best interest? Or do they put out the news release and jeopardize a new relationship with a customer.

Some of you are saying "This is just an excuse for not putting out a news release". It very well may be. But, I know how I would feel if one of my customers got 50-75 calls from people asking to verify me.

Opinions, anyone?
