So what is the up to date float and outstanding numbers? I think better still watch it how many shares ADOT issues since you do not want to dilute your shares of Biomoda. In other words you want to make sure that the money they raise to buy more Biomoda in cheap ADOT shares is worth more then(percentage wise) then the regular option exercised price of Biomoda.

Isn't the Reg D share offering in addition to the 12m already issued?
Appears that this company is quite a ways from actually bringing in revenue (maybe fy99) other than issuing more shares.
Brad,
You have a history of hyping BB stocks to the max and ADOT is no exception. It makes me very skeptical of this company. Why is this company's shares at 21 cents if it's so great? Good Luck with this one. I am very impressed with the SEC filing though.
