Wow! They actually put together a fund with every telcom stock you don't want to own. Is it possible to short the fund and go long Lucent?

If the fund would include QWST and some of the other renegades, I'd be tempted. I just don't understand the service end well enough to invest there. Some of these guys will win and some lose. If you want to participate in that part of the market, a fund's the way to go.
