Looks like it was removed by SI. Apparently, they are as sick of her lies as I am. She posted the same gibberish tonight on the FAMH board (twice, take a look). I'm looking forward to her suspension.

New ideas applied to old land or businesses are what has made the USA great since its inception. As a realtor for over 30 years, I have huge lists of people who now say if I woulda, I shoulda made..... They passed over an opportunity that someone else said" With the application of my knowledge and ideas to this passed over property, my proforma says I am going to make a fortune". This happens every day thousands of times across the land. If applied to business applications- how about the IBM guy who told Bill Gates in 1979 that the total i.e."total" world wide market for desk top PCs are about 200,000 units. Does anybody doubt that college drop out had a better idea! Ol Claus
