Edde,

you are right 100% and that's why THE REVERSE SPLIT. The higher the dividend the
higher the shorts have to pay.

If the company try to pay a dividend, let say 0.50 on 20.000.000 shares, that's will be
impossible because will be $ 10.000.000.
Now, by doing a reverse split (12x1) now you only have to pay $ 1.000.000 if you
want to give a dividend of 0.50.

Now let figure out the company wants to even make more painfully for the MARKET
MAKERS and give $ 1.00 as a dividend. with a float of only 2.000.000 shares will cost
BNEZD $ 2.000.000.

MARKETS MAKERS: a) pay the dividend themselves (those who short the stocks) or
b) Run to the open market and start to buy back all the shares (maybe millions) to cover
the shorts.
Then the price will fly.

This is only my personal opinion on WHY THE REVERSE SPLIT.
MANAGEMENT GOT TIRED OF MM MANIPULATION.

It's sound like a James Bond movie, or make any sense?

Come on guys, comments are welcome...!!!!! :}

Coolbreeze...............
I appreciate your efforts but an initial release is not proof. Till we get more firm details I still can't believe any private investors would agree to those terms. I wouldn't. PKGP was in desparate need of capital. Why would an investment group agree to hold off till PKGP reaches $2.50 to break even from a present price of .07? I'll wait for further details. I do appreciate your efforts. Today, will be very interesting. The pump and dumpers are back.
