No program can be a match to a user's freedom to set his computer up. Sean and I have a argument going. I say 80-90% of problems are user induced. Sean tends to blame programmers. There are many that are still working with say a 4 year old copy of WIN95. They never have taken advantage of upgrades and bug fixes or even aware of their existance. The mix of soft/hard ware is nearly as different as DNA.

I tend to be more mellow on problems. The bugs are few. Gary and staff seem to have a positive attitude. If the majority of users are running a program without problems, I look to my setup and get with tech support.
