News is out now. DIIG did acquire the HP plant in Germany with a 3 year supply back agreement.

I agree with you. Try and fire some people. However, isn't that a large argument for mfrs outsourcing new business at least to ECM plants in Hungary or places like that, which some of the larger ECM's are doing? (The gain to be realized from outsourcing is so much larger than in the USA because the OEM plants there are less efficient.)
