Great news. Fifty million seems reasonable for the scope of all that building. Where's the 50 million coming from, not that it matters.

I'm registered with Schwab to participate in ORBC's IPO. Have expressed interest in some shares. Whether I get any remains to be seen. They have a policy that if you sell within 30 days, they bar you from participating in any of their other IPO's (they have a lot) for six months, and you cannot use margin. Something to keep in mind is that after 30 days, stock may take a hit, since I suspect some of Schwab's heavy hitters may unload, especially if they are way ahead.
