My guess is that it is both the ATT merger and the fact that the stock has run up lately. Not a big deal.

ANANT, can't find any news for the sell-off, and I second Frank's guess. Can't really complain, since I own TCOMA and TCIVA, though I never suspect that TCI would be bought out so soon. Things should be quiet at WCOM and MCIC for a while until July 8. Volume so far today doesn't suggest any major sell-off, so we should be OK.
