AT&T Agrees To Buy TCI for $32B nytimes.com This is off topic, or is it? My favorite former monopolist (AT&T, they had good engineering) buying my un-favorite current monopolist (but I give John Malone credit for listening to Andy Grove, not Bill). I guess now that the Chicago School has some precedent to point to, it's open season. Cheers, Dan.
