The only other point I recall from the conversation is that TSIS financials are unaudited. Maybe that's the distinction??? I assume one's financials could be audited even though you're not full reporting. We need a CPA type to answer this question.

gary, isn't it nice how Barbara and Untouchable, Bill and others..all see light at the end of the tunnel. And that light is always a few weeks or months away? And they keep buying more stock...and they call TSIS and they tell them all the great things that are going on....and they are expanding the office....and and ....but TSIS management does not want to spend any money on an accountant or didn't they say it was difficult to find one?...and they cannot publish their financials...and they would fax the Qtrly results...no they would incur the expense of mailing...Yes this high tech professional quantum growth company does not have the common sense to publish the numbers on their Web site....for all to see....and the stock is now raising in a NE direction as predicted by the love birds...as soon as TSIS showed a profit! Yea right! Now it is wait till the end of the summer for great news. Until the "CEO" cuts the crap and demonstrates transparency the stock will not appreciate. It's not an MM conspiracy...shorters at 60 cents...The leaders on this board need to tell him that and stop all the BS hype. I cannot wait for their response.....they have yet to answer any serious questions...just generalities. THIS has a good product but management is inexperienced. Be up front and tell it like it is and this company will move. Why can't management communicate on this board? Like how many employees and where and target markets....too secret?
