Exactly right. Mostly planned sales. Friends of the company, not actively connected with the business, who two years ago contributed ~$.50 per share to get things started. Their restrictions expired recently, so they want to be free to sell on further advances. We have that ability, without filing a form -- why shouldn't they? Some of this group have even moved to recover their initial, or take their double-out. I don't intend to settle for so little, but it's a free country. NOI ONE SHARE HAS BEEN OFFERED OR SOLD BY TOP MANAGEMENT.
