S3 is now trading at levels below what it was trading 5 years ago. As a company, that requires drastic action. The lack of drastic action or even the talk or a plan of drastic action has not even been whispered by S3. I bought a new position given that the stock is trading under book value and there is value there. I don't know what they have to do to get stockholders that value (sell-off patents, merge, sell-off assets and close the doors...), but whatever it is it better start soon.
