I noticed in the press release today that they said: The MTEI management team consists of personnel with no previous or current affiliation to the former company ICVI. But still we have no disclosure about the ownership team. It really doesn't mention the Board of Directors, for instance. Nor does it mention who owns how much of the shares. I guess these Nevada corporations get a free ride on having to report this. But SEC filings are evidently still a ways off. I wonder when they will have audited financials?
