hmmm PKGP went from 4cents to 12cents.. then they put out a "silence issue" and wouldn't talk to anyone.. and no one knew if they were gonna get the financing or not.. so maybe that's the companies fault for the delay.. you're giving Kevin alot of credit.. are you saying that one person can 1) predict the market 100% 2) uphold a stock all by one's self no matter what the company does?? come on don't be so nieve.. the stock tripled.. .and has remained above when TOP DOG initially menioned it SEVERAL weeks ago.. TOP DOG picked up PRWT at .015 so it's up to you to evaluate what point you wanna get in and out and do your own DD.. Kevin and I and TOP DOG just simply provide the leads and the best info we can find.. .071 x .073 right now... can everyone who sold below 7cents today stand up and say , "DOH!" jim

PKGP was and it was based on the financing 2 months ago. The deal went was delayed. That's something that RA and SkyNet had to work out. Those type of things happen. Just imagine if the SkyNet deal went through back then. At any rate, now that RA has the financing, this may materialize again.
