Lee: I think there's no holding period on either the stocks or warrants, so at least if one ever wants out, one can sell immediately. I'd have been skeptical about the warrants if there had been an initial trading restriction period after execution.

Hey, my account hasn't been credited with JVWB stock either. I have owned since 10/23/97 :-( Just because I was foolish enough to buy this worthless stock doesn't necessarily mean they won't give me another worthless stock, does it?

And from a philosophical point of view, are two worthless stocks better than one worthless stock?
