This may not be known yet, but I heard yesterday on a radio program that Drudge occasionally shows up for as a guest, that one of the reasons that Monica was so mad at Bill was that Bill would not have intercourse with Monica even though she pressured him to do it. Bill supposed response was that "He does that only with Hillary". Maybe that was bill's promise to Hill that he would only engage in "oral sex" and that Hill would get the other presidential "privelege" all to herself.
