Good evening again all, as you might recall I came out of the shadows (post 2271) to address some concerns that appeared on this thread. I won't speak often but I'll always try to make my info accurate and informative.

Let me address the concerns regarding shares so that no false leads are given out. My DD found that there are roughly 750 million shares outstanding, 140 million of which are cancelled warrants thus assume 600+ non restricted shares of which 200 million are most likely in the float. Yes it is alot but lets stress that PRWT is unlike very few pennies in that it will have a revenue stream and earnings if we believe the news release. The fact that this company is forming a viable business will carry the stock more than the EPS early on.

My DD has also found agreement in previous posts with regards to the PRWT web site, it may be up and running as early as Friday.

Next I am going to address an issue before some naysayer starts a panic. This deal was done with no dilution due to the company utilizing treasury stock, these are shares already outstanding that will usually be non restricted but if a company agrees to take them they usually are betting that they will appreciate in price thus giving the acquired company insiders a greater return in the long term. Let me stress again, there were no new shares issued, no Reg-S, private placements or anything that would dilute the shareholders,

Finally, I have access to very timely info. on insider transactions and monitor it everyday so should management start filing to sell shares I will pass that along as well as where all of you can confirm it. I note that for you Reason3227 as it might have helped you avoid getting 'bagged' in that HCCA thing you mentioned 2 nights ago on this thread.

Hopefully this long winded missive helped a bit and lets see if maybe we really have that special penny that actually pans out.
