If you are going to call, maybe you could find out the answers to these questions too: 1) Why the big jump in shares outstanding? 2) Where are they getting the money to consumate the land deal? 3) Are they still on track for a July 10th closing on the land deal? 4) Have they been showing the land / timeshares to potential buyers and if so, a gauge of the interest would be cool... That all for me, thanks in advance - hoping this thing bounces up nicely on the upcoming news.
