Klingerg, my research has resulted in these conclusions:

1. NO, ITKG is not sharing its research with IASCA but is willing to merge in this area to benefit the stockholders of both companies.
2. IASCA is not addressing the merger,
3. ITKG is actively in trials and antenna research with the stated intention of obtaining patents on them.
4. This unwillingness to cooperate is harmful to both companies..
and is slowing down progress and $. The day Bell filed for his phone patent someone filed hours behind him. The Wright Brothers had a close challenger. With new technology you have to run with the ball or be caught by a competitor.

By not cooperating, IMHO we are losing. I hope other stockholders will
ask IASCA to discuss a merger with ITKG. (I am a stockholder of both
companies but much larger investment in ITKG.)

MY OPINION ONLY...

LUCKY LADY

Agreement Completed With MobileComm for NPCS Receiver Site Antenna

RICHMOND, British Columbia, July 16 /PRNewswire/ -- The following statement was released today by John G.
Robertson, President of IAS Communications:

IAS Communications, Inc. (OTC Bulletin Board: IASCA - news) wishes to announce that an agreement has been completed
to build and test the Contrawound Toroidal Helical Antenna (CTHA) for the receiver sites in MobileComm's (MobileMedia
Communications, Inc.) narrowband personal communications system (NPCS) network.

IAS and MobileComm have the opportunity to introduce a new product for NPCS. Currently many of the major NPCS
carriers in the US are in the process of completing their respective build out programs. NPCS infrastructure vendors are also
selling equipment to NPCS carriers outside of the US, which may provide IAS with an international market for the CTHA.

The CTH Antenna will be approximately 5'' in diameter and 1-1/4'' thick. This compares to the 6' to 10' for existing dipole
antennas that are being used today. Another advantage of the CTHA is in the area of installation, as it will be less expensive
to have the CTHA installed, especially on rooftops. One of the main problems with the dipole antenna is that many potential
landlords just do not want unsightly antennas on their building tops or residences.

MobileComm has agreed to assist IAS in the completion of the design in accordance with the specifications and the building
of ten prototypes of the CTHA by September 11, 1998. Based on successful test results, IAS will make the CTHA available,
for purchase by MobileComm, by October 30, 1998.

MobileComm is one of the largest providers of paging and personal communications services in the United States.
MobileComm offers local, regional, and nationwide coverage in all 50 states, reaching markets of over 95 percent of the US
population, and in the Caribbean. The company operates two one-way nationwide FLEX* networks and is licensed to
operate two nationwide NPCS networks. MobileMedia Communications, Inc. (MobileComm) is a wholly owned subsidiary
of MobileMedia Corporation. MobileComm can be found on the world wide web at: mobilecomm.com.
MobileComm is not associated with MobileComm, Inc. of Cincinnati, Ohio.

IAS Communications has the sub-license rights for the worldwide commercial rights to the CTHA pursuant to our agreement
with Integral Concepts & West Virginia University.

ON BEHALF OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS

Final Note: A quick browse around the Net tells me that MobilMedia has 13.6% of the national pager market. Does anyone else have information on MobilMedia? Please post.
