TO ALL: that sounds very possible but I can't confirm numbers.. as for today's PR and everyone asking questions.. well.. all I know is that for personal reasons the current owners of ACCESS WALL STREET wanted to retire and were looking for a quick way out... PRWT was happy to oblige... my take on it is that they got a real bargain for it.. and that is why there wasn't a need for any real share dilution... I think PRWT was just at the right place at the right time.. as for whether they are on the web or not.. I'm not sure.. seems I think they were just putting the finishing touches on their services and ready to goto market... but they had some personal issues come up and were forced to sell... don't read into this any more than what I've said .. cuz I'm trying hard to remember what I was told.. but I only have bits and pieces... my sources and those whom I trust.. believe this to be a VERY good deal... think about it... those who have been buying since 1cent.. don't you think some people must have done their homework on this new company??? they probably have ALOT more info than we do.. and the CEO himself own like 450,000,000 shares or something like that.. there are ALOT people getting into this one and they don't want just a few pennies... so if you sell.. you sell to them.. cuz they want your shares... sorry this isn't much to go on... but maybe it'll help... the company will have to be contacted for more details... however, I've heard more details will be coming in the near future along with some other positive developments... so hold on tight. jim
