I know from personal experience that under suspension, one cannot even send PMs on SI. Unless of course that's recently changed. So what did you really mean?

Does anyone here speak Moronese? I'd love to know what he's talking about... but obviously he's not the one to ask.

I'd like to help, but can't. He keeps sending me the same kinds of PMs, except for the occasional leering remark. I have NO idea what he's going on about. Did try to ask, but....as you say....
