Tom, the semis have been rising. In fact, they have led the recent move up - the SOX index is up a higher percentage than either the DOW or the Russell 2000. That hasn't helped out IDTI much. The lousy performance of this laggart is due to the performance of IDT's managers who have lost credibility with the "street". IDT should move up sharply when they start delivering on their long overdue promises. Until then, the stock will continue to underperform the sector.
