Well, first thing you need to do is get your facts straight. DGIV has a built in market that consists of anybody that has a phone and not a PC. The costs are 1/2 to 1/3 that of POTs and with existing infrastructure you can at least double your phone traffic. Read the thread, OK. I don't honestly believe you did. I'm off to bed.
