It's good that the question hanging over the company's head is resolved, and I hope/assume the stock buyback program will resume, but I'm also back to my question of a week or so ago: with ADPT out of the game, who buys Symbios now? Does Lehman really own it for the time being, due to their supposed guarantee of funding? I really doubt it; it would seem obvious to me that they'd have "acts of God", "acts of idiot politicians" and similar escape clauses in any deal paperwork.
