chris, does the CABLESPAN product permit IP Telephony in its current state of development? That clearly is what the 'new' Ma Bell is looking for (in addition to all the other goodies). I assume it does not, else TLAB would be up a couple of dozen points. OTOH, I would also assume that IP Telephony could be added. If true, this could be the product that would make us forget digital cross connect (or at least remember it fondly) in terms of revenue potential. The T-TCI deal seems like great news for CABLESPAN, which as we all know has been languishing in the laboratory for a few years. Comments? Mike Doyle
