Hi: I found an interesting article on the problems with a floorless conversion here on SI, in <https://www.siliconinvestor.com/readmsg.aspx?msgid=3637974> Two things seem to make the scenario possible: 1) the conversion price is with 135% of close or something based on market value, whichever is lower and 2) if the scheme in the reply-3637974 is correct, they not only make a profit, but also end up owning most of the company. I'd love for someone to chime in and say 'no, the GMGC deal is different because....' And, yes, I do own a bunch of GMGC stock, and this financing arrangement makes me nervous. andy
