You're a fast reader too, huh? Finding these private companies, unfortunately, takes many years. I'm on many angel investor lists and capital networks and get info from quite a few financial consulting companies and shell brokers that assist in reverse mergers. Some are better than others, but you start to figure that out after a while. You might try calling some of the companies that advertise and ask them which companies that are using their services (clients) are also doing private placements. They will be more than happy to direct funding sources to companies they are assisting. - oops, just gave away my super secret technique! - :o) If you're really interested, I'd be happy to help. Clo
