i think this is substantial as a long term shareholder. anyone looking for a contract tommorrow probably shouldnt be in this stock imo. try to understand the implications and magnitude of an actual contract with brazil. if it occurs, it will take a lot of time and a lot of work, this guy is a great addition to the process as chances are good he has some connections and will be heard. it is also excellent plfm released this after the bell in a matter of factly way. no hype, just another logical and important step in reaching their long term objective. plus the new pr group is mentioned at the bottom of the story. plfm seems to be controlling their exuberance and emotions much better now and acting much more responsibly on behalf of the long term shareholders. this is not going to happen overnight, but if and when they do get a contract down the line, it will practically overnight move them from bb pennies to major exchange. then everyone will say overnight success and lucky shareholders even though we sat here with them for months and months. go plfm. poet.
