1.774 million shares of ftel.sounds bad eh?heres the good part ,at 4.64 per share.Lets hope and pray they step up only means 8-9 mil to ftel. Of course at these prices they probably wont exercise.to bad.Its explained in the s1.hope this helps.

It's one to one except in part (3) where it's only 50% convertible. In other words, they came to invest in FNet, but if the IPO doesn't go, they'll invest 1.7M shares in FTEL via the warrants.

WH
